Hi everyone, today I will make peach iced tea
- 500gr peaches
- 250gr brown sugar
- 1 tea bag filter
- Salt, water
The first step, I drop the peach into the thin salted water to avoid blackish. I use the knife to the side of the peach and split grain as in the video. Next, I will peel the peach.
Then, I give 250gr of sugar with about 250ml of water for 500gr of peach. I Use brown sugar to get beautiful color, if there is no brown sugar, you can use a little white sugar to make caramel color and then add water and sugar in the same proportion as above. When the water is boiling, I add the peach. Stew time is about 30-40 minutes.
When I turn off the stove, I prepare a bowl of ice. The effect of this bowl is to keep the crunchy peach. Then I pick up peach into the bowl, so that the syrup cool down, then poured into the glass jar. By doing this and keeping it in the cooler, the peach syrup can be used for about a month.
Finally, the step of making the peach iced tea is extremely simple. I used a tea bag filter, mixed with about 100ml of hot water. Then add about 50ml of syrup and a few slice peach, stirring up, add ice. And there is a delicious cup of peach iced tea!
