So until I at least establish space force 3, I need this plane off the ground because I have been working myself to death over graphic art, and now I need to focus on audio man ok?

If you continue to impress in any way you wish, then you will get a raise, then another helper to delegte his responsibility to. Growth of a company or idea REQUIRES die hard PRODUCTIVE AND TALENTED brains putting their energy into steemjet.
So as easy as it is to send liquid steem to contest winners, it is nearly as easy to delegate your power to your friends who can help you out. The most helpful work their way up. I will be delegating 2000 SP to four more, empato365 picks one, and I will pick the next 3. Anyone going above and beyond will show me that I might need to hire them some help so that it don't get too crazy in here.
So please, if you are posting about your compensation for your artistic vision, then rest assured, that certainly I am good for prompt payment, but if the contest has not ended, then your steem bath IS your compensation, and I will be showing up in some random post throwing money and looking all crazy to onlookers, but our compensation model of awarding everyone is what we are after, and even if it takes me hiring a whole space armada, there will be friendly skies eventually.
The future of the Steemjet Space Force is to reward EVERYBODY in a manner that best reflects your value to the constructive criticism of the prime objectivies of the community ALL AROUND THE WORLD. This way, I know where to go to tell you "you are fired" or to reward you for your hard work because I will be getting harder to find as I start working with other artists in other places on other steemject objectives. I have given too much of my time to curation. So much so that it is inhibiting the growth of our company. I need to CREATE, not CURATE!
If you need to get a hold of me, tell a member of space force 1 and I will respond faster becasue I will always be checking their STEEMJET REPORT posts first when I am here.
Don't worry too much about getting fired beause I will not be making my first assessment until August, so you have plenty of time to plan your strategy.
TLDR (HR/Human Resources) - If your name is on the list, then write me a STEEMJET REPORT in your personal account before August 1 telling me why I should not delegate your steem power to someone else. The next review after that will be Jan 1, 2019. So as long as you are showing me your value (your steem report) at least twice a year, then you are entitled to an official performance review before your job (position at the company) is terminated or demoted. And of course, the impressive get promoted. The sky is the limit!

For those that participated on the Steemjet captain audio challenge few months ago, can they or should they participate in this present one..... Why I'm asking is your recent post you listed all that participated initially and stated their flaws also.... By saying the sound was noisy....... But you didn't state any flaw for my sound sir @jesse12, that's why I want to know if I already have a space in the contest, and there's no need of participating on the present one?
I judge contests in batches, kristenantai01 would have won that contest if she had a nice mic, now she is on the payroll and we are going to get her one. You can continue to compete, but when everyone hears what she sounds like with a nice mic preamp/compressor unit, then their heads will ALREADY be in the clouds!

This is one piece of a creative design I couldn't take my eyes away from. I see the clock and the duffle bag, and I'm reminded of the saying that Time is money.
But then, the only inscription I see on the money bag is SBD (Steem Backed Dollar) and not Steem, which is our principal currency here.
My point is that something related to Steem should have come into the picture, even if it's just the logo.

WOW! AMAZING ABSTRACTION (elongated jet) running right through the steem dollar!
Not sure about the font and everything else around it (grass/birds/ets), so take that stuff out and just leave the minimal design elements, and you are really approaching shartzy-level minimalism which is what we are truly after in a good logo. You can't really go pure black and white because the steem logo fades over the dollar sign, but that is ok, and because of this fact, you might want to paint the plane a different color to add contrast and bring it out because the abstraction (which will come out as well) is VERY deco/modern which was another theme we wanted to bring in (the great credit creation historical period).
Talk to any of our paid Space Force artists and they will guide you

The only stone unturned right now is the issue of the disorganization of posts.. The comments sections especially is not usually organized, sometimes a post is talking about maybe a new way to move forward or something while someone would come there and comment 'you still owe me' or something like that, I am a victim of that myself..lol. So what I was proposing was that we should have different post for different occasions to make @dimimp able to see it faster, It would be good if for example we can have a post titled complaints, where we make our complaints then we have another titled this or that.. The essence of this is to make it easy for @dimimp and us to see comments, so that when you come into a post you know what you are looking for and get it easily.. I do not know if I am being reasonable enough, I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

a few days back, after uploading my entry for the audio contest @deandaniel requested that i participate more often in the community and since then, I've realized that on the steemjet space, every one is a superstar.
@dimimp has made The space force move from one to three and with the way things are going, there could be more.
My design revolves around the thought that the space is big enough to accommodate every one and with time the super star in everyone will come alive......

@dimimp that would be a very good idea, yeah we could produce good stuffs together i am a song writer and composer,and i am pretty skilled at what i do . via steemit jet ,we could produce more visibility , reaching out to the world. I have seen mathemandy and kristenantai and profchydon around on the comment zone section ,but we live pretty far from each other of course we could work together but working with @etemi alone isnt as much stress as trying to work with them. But we could try.
