Believe, me I tried to poke holes in your plan and it does look like you considered all main points going forward. Yes I can see the value in these initiatives and thank you for putting in the thought required to come up with these solutions. I have been hiring people like crazy without much thought in how I will manage to be able to evaluate all of them, and these will be effective tools for tracking employee progress!

I was waiting for the steemjet pilot to give his opinion since you already asked him in the post you've made about us, and he has approved that you send it directly to me.
This wouldn't have been possible without the support of my able team members @ungest and @ninoh22. We're hiring 2 females to join us because the work is enormous, and I'll notify you about this once we screen our applicants and get the qualified ones.
I'll make a post to show all the items and gadgets we'll purchase for the purpose of accountability and records.

Wanted asking when some post would be reviewed , like the contest which we embarked on like for myself seeing the future i respected myself not posting designs on your blogs but instead i submitted directly to SF1 @mbj , but it seems you've not seen most of our work. please @dimimp check into it, cos in here am anewbie and have not enjoy steem and also know what it can do.

For the two females you planned on hiring to relieve you and members of your crew the burden that comes with your responsibilities, I'd like to be a part of the team as this area (human resource) really captures my interest. I'm a good listener and got a high level of patience. I've got good communication skills at both oral and written levels respectively.
