Can I help a person by Upvoting if I have 10,000 Followers...
The question is more than important to be answered...because many users see their Life Exit in this crucial question...⁉
Steemit has reached many new users and unfortunately many of them quit as they don't see money in the first 3, 4, 5, 10 Posts.
But is it good that a person gives up in this short period of time...?
On the other side, the question is How can a Small Steemian become Big Steemian and grow up ?
Let us begin from the beginning...I started from 0, writing posts and being persistant...In one moment, as I worked and write I got my first money...Then a lot of time passed and I got another money...I was lucky, I had good Mentor and Educator and I didn't need so many months to start making money...My Mentor needed so many months, so much efforts...but me Only few months...
In one moment, after many months of struggle I was able to POWER UP, ALSO. I was astonished.
Now, the question that many new users raise is will You Upvote me ?
I said: "OK, I will gladly..."
And immediately, I ask back: "OK, but don't forget that I have 10,000 Followers and I should support them all, in a right way"...
I add also: "You are a good person and You want good for Others as You want for Yourself...Yes?"
The other side answers: "Yes...!"
I answered: "We will reward and Upvote every person with excellent post but agreee with me that everybody should be equal...Yes?"
Other side: "Yes...?!"
Me: "Than, it is better to also teach you, how to blog and make money...because the knowledge will bring You, not only my Upvote but Other Steemians Upvote...😉. Is this better ?"
Other side: "Yeaaaa...😊"
One more question from Myself: "Do you think that I should Upvote You for doing nothing or You should do Something ? Something like Excellent comments, Good post, Excellent communication..?!"
Other side: "I should put an effort definitely because Nobody will give me Anything without Effort...".
Me: "Oooh, Bingoooo, You made my day...Thanks...Let's go and Blog, Post & Make Connections 🤗🤗🤗"

Efforts are required to achieve any level on steemit. Beginner should write best blogs and they do not need to think about earning as earning will start coming with time.

I don't believe it's just about making money, I think it's about doing the right thing and getting the reward if it worth it, it's about teaching and learning and being just who you are to become that which you wanna become....
Steemit is a life changing platform....
It shouldn't be abused....
It should be upholder and made known to those who can handle it better if you're to selfish to understand how it really works....
I believe all business is like that, just like @flysky told me @dobartim told him "Steemit is a business, it has to be invested on, not just your money, but your time and knowledge, to get in return double or more of what you give"
Nothing comes easy, you can't expect to get something for nothing...
Lazyness is absolutely not profitable, you get nothing from it...
To finalise this I'll say, just like you said @dobartim; "It's better to teach a person how to fish than to feed the person with fish, because if you don't teach, the fault falls back on you, and you'll end up feeding the person all your whole life thanks".....

This conversation just felt like I was the one having it with you. Sometimes we are all about whales don't care and all but you just made me realize that they have so many followers and if they are to curate all ,that will be a disaster waiting to happen. As I have read severally, originality and quality is what sells here.
You see it is not about me or You, it is General unspoken rule because this is also what happened to me compared to others that I knew had SP to vote me...
I strongly believe consistency is the key to growth on steemit. I have decided to keep steeming and never be deterred by whatever payout I get from my post.

Hi, and tnx for the post.
It is very frustrating when you spend few hours (yes, I'm not a good writer and i need so much time) to write a blog and no one reads it!
And I'm not so new here, I am here for 2 months and I comment few times a day, which takes me also hour or more because I read few blogs and comment if I feel I should or I have something to say. Often I don't find a post which i can comment with value.
At the end i spend 2-4 hours a day on steemit for 2 months and i just started to write blogs but still, noone sees it regardless the fact that I have a 133 followers.
I will keep trying but I'm not sure how long because time is most precious for me with all projects I'm in.
Don't worry,..Now I saw Your comment and I'm small imagine what one new "small"like me can do for You...WRITE MANYYYYY COMMENTS AND DON'T WORRY

I read your post for the first time and very much clear that its fact that every one has a limit to give upvote to others, and a person having 10K follower how can give all steemian.
So each one of steemian need to have patience that their turn will come some days. But not at once its slowly and steadily process.

Yes,that's exactly true....most times new steemians don't try to see things from the other perspective and most time think it is selfish to not upvote your followers but i like way the conversation went,by explaining and making them see it from the better way through conversating,questions and answers
