Winter Meatloaf Sandwich

Steemit Sandwich Contest - Week 29

Anything goes for Week #29 of @jaybird's Steemit Sandwich Contest. Tonight my mom (@sjagoe) made a Meatloaf meal. I decided to turn it all into a sandwich (because most things are better that way). It will be called the 'Winter Meatloaf Sandwich' because that is what @sjagoe decided to call the dish on her post.

Ingredients:

Mom's Meatloaf
Hard Roll
Prosciutto
Smoked Vermont Cheddar
Mashed Potatoes
Broccoli Florets
Crispy Onion Frizzles
Ketchup/Mayo/Mustard

Step 1: Add Prosciutto & Cheese to Roll

Place a slice of prosciutto and some cheddar cheese on the top side of the hard roll. Toast it up.

Step 2: Spread Condiments

Spread roasted garlic mustard, ketchup and a bit of mayo on the bottom side of the toasted roll.

Step 3: Add the Meat

Load up the roll with some chunks of meatloaf.

Step 4: Spread the Mashed Potatoes

Spread some mashed potatoes on top of the meatloaf

Step 5: Add the Broccoli

Take a handful of broccoli florets and sprinkle it onto the mashed potatoes.

Step 6: Add the Frizzles

Top it off with some crispy fried onion frizzles

Step 7: Serve & Enjoy

Top it off and serve it up!
