So much for a lazy Sunday morning, but had to get up early to water a few tree saplings. If I leave it until later, it is far too hot to be outside and in the sunshine.
I was going to make a french toast type sandwich, but my early morning blurry eyes are not tricking me. I have no milk left! and I am not going to the store in this state.

I used the following to make this sandwich:
Bread:
Filler
- Mantecoso cheese
- Bacon
- Garlic
- Country ham
- Egg
- Salt and pepper
I am not feeling too artistic this morning. This is about a quick feed with what I have on site.
I had some bread leftover from yesterday, which is pretty rare to happen, but this morning I am very thankful for it.
Place a couple of slices of tomato on your cut bread. Sprinkle a tiny dash of salt and pepper on top. Now lay on your cooked ham. I found a supplier of good single cut ham in town. Not touching the highly processed stuff if I can avoid it.
I tried to.... arghh I do not know, but it tasted way better than it looked. First I fried the bacon, to release its fat, then seemed to have burned the garlic chunks. Only black and crunchy on the outside, but soft and creamy in the inside!
The egg was having none of it either and was a runaway!
I managed to throw in a few chunks of cheese to melt in. Since my bread is quite small, I had to fold the egg in half.
Then stack the egg with bacon, garlic and cheese into your sandwich.
Less than 5 minutes to prepare, but gone in 60 seconds!

That is so cool. Ok you will probably only find Lobitos Surf Natural hotel/hostel online. It is relatively cheap compared to the seafront places. Plus I live just infront of the place. I will send you an email shortly.
