It is a lumpy one, but the bacon takes the edge off. Ok, last day to submit a terrible or ugly sandwich. Looking at what I have in the kitchen. The most random thing I have, which I can eat, is a packet of dried potato powder.

I used the following to make this sandwich-
Bread:
Flour
Water
Yeast
Salt
Filler:
Ketchup
Baked bacon
Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Potato mash and milk
Black olives
The bacon was baked in the oven when I was doing the preheat for the bread bake. Came out so crispy!
I used cold milk to make my mash. Then I threw in some chopped olives and some of it's brine water.
I loaded her up as such.
From a far she looks pretty, but close up she ain't.
Argh who I am kidding, she tasted devine!

I like olives but not sure about lumpy olive brine mash! Sure hope next week's theme is going to be easier;)
