She will be a bacon of light in a cold kitchen. She will replenish you when you are on empty. She just tastes so darn good.

I am a bit low on ingredients today in the kitchen. Market day is Monday, so I am going through the fridge to figure out what I can make....something simple, something pure.   

Lucky for me that I bake everyday (apart Sunday) and nothing beats and an oven fresh bread.   

Ok I have the following ingredients:

Olive and Garlic Bread:  

• Good flour 
• Water 
• Yeast 
• Salt 
• Garlic 
• Olives 
• Rosemary  
  

Sandwich Filler: 

• Bacon 
• Cheese
•  Ketchup 
• Black pepper  
  

To make your own bread, follow my simple recipe. If not, source a good bread from your baker.   

Here are few pictures of making the bread.

Take your oven fresh bread and cut in half

Slap on the ketchup.

Spread the cheese. 

Fill her up with that bacon

et voila...
