Math Addition Facts For Two Three and Four
In this post we will keep discussing the basic addition facts. There are 3 worksheets for the addition facts of numbers two, three and four each.
Again, I encourage parents to take initiative to teach these basic math concepts to their kids. There are many examples in daily life such as fruits in the kitchen which can be used to teach the math facts. For example; choose two bananas and ask your child to count the bananas, then add two more bananas and ask your child to count the number of bananas again. This is a perfect example of 2 + 2 = 4. Then explain your child that two added to two gives four. Now ask your child to make a problem for you and solve it. Take turns.
Once you find your child is comfortable with concrete examples, give him/her the following worksheets to practice. Below are the three worksheets;
