Introduction to Place Value - Place Value to Tens

This post is all about introduction to the concept of Place Value. We will discuss very basic concept of place value to tens. Place value is the key to learn higher number. Decimal place value system is widely accepted and it starts with uniting 10 ones into 1 ten or a STICK.
