@patelincho - "otsumami" simply means a light snack to eat when you're drinking alcohol. It is finger food again and you can use any ingredients you want. It can be snacks like homemade bread, crackers, meat, fish, or something sweet... As long as it's fingerfood your recipe can be whatever type of snack you want. Otsumami is just the Japanese word, but your recipe doesn't have to be Japanese. Does that make sense?
