My Proposal Number 2
As I read the latest trending posts today, there comes to mind another innovation that Steemit might be able to implement with the help of all the skilled developers who have joined this wonderful community.
In relation to this proposal, I want to cite the posts of @kanou titled "Candidate to the Congress of the United States accepts contributions in bitcoins in his campaign"; "IBM prepares insurance for the insurance industry based on Blockchain"; "UK real estate firm will adopt Blockchain for contract processing".
And another citation that is worth-mentioning is that of @sndbox titled "Announcing our Presentation at the World Bank [Showcasing Steem as a Resilient Global Resource]".
From the aforementioned posts cited, I would like to propose the concept of using the Steem blockchain in the real estate financial transactions within all countries with at least 100,000 Steemians already registered and active on a regular basis. To facilitate this, coordination with the local banks and government agencies concerned is an essential and should be worked upon with the help of knowledgeable Steemians residing in their respective countries.
I am presenting this from the general idea. Should this be implemented by Steemit, the technical group to be tasked to work on this will present the specifics.
