Steemit Running Slow? What is up? Anyone?
I wanted to open up some conversation about if any of you have noticed steemit running much slower lately? I feel like even simple things take multiply seconds where as before it was much faster. Just navigating the site takes longer and sometimes does not load at all. Any insight or thoughts on this matter would be appreciated. Cheers guys.

I know that steemit may seem very overwhelming to you right now but don't worry. There's a learning curve to everything so just be patient and you'll be churning out posts and becoming a part of something great in no time!

STOPI am brand new to Steemit so I couldn't tell you from experience, but I have been observing some "chatter" to affirm what you're saying. I'm an old geezer with a lot of time on my hands, so it is only a small inconvenience for me. I'm going to stick with this for a while because I have a good feeling about it. There seems to be a spirit of forward and upward momentum here. I'm still just trying to figure out how to work the buttons. I hope you stick around and don't lose patience with it. Somebody's working on it.
That is really a good point. Maybe in our world where people want everything now and speed is of the utmost importance I forget where we have come from. I do remember dial-up and what things used to be like. So thank you for the reminder in patience. The spirit here does feel much different from other platforms but I often wonder if it is real or simply because of the incentives. Then again when people like yourself take real time to write a response to a question I can't help but think it is more than that.

I totally agree with you. it is very discouraging and really does not help the process at all.
Please try using steemitstage.com or busy.org to easily navigate pots, make blog entries, and then comment.
No thanks. How about they fix this place instead? I'm tired of moving to new places. :(
Totally! I came here because I thought it was something cool. This doesn't mean I wont keep my eyes open but I would really like to see a little work done
Yes, it is very frustrating. People keep saying to use busy.org instead too, and I have to wonder if that site is why this place is having problems.
I wouldn't worry about that but who knows really. lets just hope thing turn around and some things start to improve
