Well have some faith in it. Yes we all know the demoralizing feeling of our posts being lost in the big ocean of posts with no one seeing. But if you look at it from another angle, it makes you work harder on your future posts. And since Steemit is still evolving, let us give it some time. Rome wasn't build in a day : ) Join a support group if you haven't. There are many out there to give minnows a certain leverage. So you are never alone.
