Personality traits of a Steemian !
I have been so impressed with STEEMIT community in my short time here because of the following traits:
- GIVING BACK - Steemit members help other members (emotional support as well as some financial support) with members affected by some misfortune
- Openness- Steemit community encourages and goes an extra mile to welcome and support new entrants
- Spontaneity - Steemians react to the world around them spontaneously and positively and share it in a very interesting manner
- Maturity of the language used - The language is really refreshing and without the EVIL shortcuts of todays texting language style (like U for You and Gr8 for Great)
- Benevolent hierarchy - Whales and minnow supporters are doing a bang up job of strengthening the bonding and keeping new comers motivate. In many other platforms, senior members do not even acknowledge new entrants
- Inherent encouragement to creativity - There are several members who take pains to organize various competitions and challenges to make things interesting
Hats off Steemians. You have impressed me. Am proud to be a STEEMIAN!! STEEM ON

A great surface level analysis, there's alot more more below the surface though, when money is involved oligarchy's form, to a certain extent what George Orwell discussed in Animal Farm has emerged.
Whats great is that Steemit as it stands has a great group of intelligent people filtering through everything and calling out any abuses and corruptions. Ultimately it's a new form of 'online society' - just keep your head on your shoulders and dig deep into the interesting insights you come across whilst here.

Hello vm2904 I was searching Google for topics on the "Steemian" and found your post which happen to be very similar to my latest publication! It is funny how people can come up with the exact same topic and end up with so different results.
I wish I had seen your post earlier because I completely missed the openness and the maturity traits in my own post. Great observations vm2904!
