TIPS - MY FIRST WEEK ON STEEMIT
Joining steemit right now is the most exciting thing and i know you guys are super hyped. With the Hardfork19 in full force ,authors are on a writing frenzy and flooding the platform like never before the statistics are of the charts.
Dont make long posts that will waste most of your time ,few people will notice unless if u lucky a whale notices it,
Comment on other peoples pages ,the comment must be meaningful,to attract the person posting.
Here is the Followers scale
1.- 0 - 100 Followers - Short Posts, Reply to Every Single Comment. Even if it's a bot 😆
Just get a Habit of Always replying to people.
2.- 100-200 Followers Longer Posts, Still not too long, In stead of spending 3 Hours on 1
Post, Spend 30 Minutes on 6 Posts,you are still in the try and error stage.
3.- Make a Few Posts about Every Single Topic that interests you.
4.- 300-400 Followers. Now You are getting some Traction, Now you can Post Longer
Posts and have a much better chance to get noticed.Make dense posts on Topics that have worked out for you.

Well wait nomore jump on the steemit shuttle and make your self some benjamins keeping in mind that good connections,engagement and originality are your tools to be successfull here,in this unforgiving ones and zeros jungle.

Hello, I've been here for months now, but obe cab always learn bew things from newer steemians, so thank you fir the tips I will apply them, I'm inte 100-200 followers range so I'm getting there, slowly but surely 😊

Hey great post!! But I think the short post thing is misleading, this isn't a shot at you obviously or anything, but your posts wrack in cents, but you have 800 followers. Meanwhile by posting long, 3 hours effort articles, I can get 7,8 dollars with less than 200 followers. I often see people with lots of followers and poor payouts because of "Make a few posts about everything that interestest you". I would say it's better to make a a single (maybe up to 3) posts a day about something that interests everyone, put a lot of work into each and you will find great success!! Keep on keeping on :)
I am more about quality myself over quantity. I just did my first transfer of Steemdollars into Bitcoins and made $70 on just my first days post and what I can see as they come to their 7 days I will be making that or more each day over the next 7 days. I make about 3 to 4 posts a day on average and comment on everything that I find interesting.
Interesting view, I like your point. You're saying that the secret to success is quality over quality, right?

Thanks for your advice. It's exciting and nerve racking to be on this platform right as its beginning to gain more and more popularity. I think my biggest fear now is my posts to be lost in the crowd of other new accounts just starting off.

Dont fear it! I just think why post on facebook when i can post on here. Find something you enjoy sharing and adapt from there. Also i am now following you 😀
I agree 100%, why waste time posting on FB when most of your friends wont even see it and no strangers will ever see unless you pay? Sharing and interacting with people on here is not only fun but the fact that it can pay off is unreal!
Im actually interacting with people and commenting on steemit. Rather than the endless scrolling i did on fb and the feeling of wasted time doing so.
and I found when I did comment on FB, there was a lot more negativity and ignorant responses...here, it seems people support each other a lot more!
for sure posting on fb is like jumping into a snake den. here people watch their manors better, more civilised. I just hope as more join it will remain that way.
