Please HELP OUT these 2 Very Worthy Causes and Show How Great the STEEMIT Community Can Be

I recently came across 2 posts that sadly haven't received the kind of attention they deserve. I know how people can easily get fatigued from all the charitable causes so I apologise in advance as I know times are tough for a lot of us.
