THE LITTLE BUG IN THE STEEMIAN FOREST - MY 6 MONTHS JOURNEY ON STEEMIT!!!

Close your eyes...imagine that Steemit is a Forest. ONCE UPON A TIME.......

There was a a little bug wandering in the forest, lost, confused, hungry and homeless. In the forest there was a Big Bears family, healthy, strong, guiding the little bears and other bugs to hunt for their own food. Even though the Big Bears family was strict, they were very loving and nurturing the little cubs and some lost bugs. 

There were rules in the forest. The little bug was shy, afraid to enter the Big bear's houses. On her way to the forest she met another lost bug. They smiled to each other and made friends together. They decided to stay in the forest keep trying to find food and shared it together. They met all kind of different bugs in the forest, with different colors and shapes, some were hungry, wanderers, travellers, naughty, opportunistic, sarcastic, selfish and snobby. Some bugs were friendly, some were angry.

 
These two little bugs meet more friends and create contacts, they share their stories, their talents and passions. Now and then they chat with the Big Bears. The Big Bears family gives lessons to the lost bugs who want to learn from them. Some listens and some don't.

The little bug choose to listen to the Big Bears family, day by day she learns to catch the food on her own, develop her talents and and share her humble work to her friends.

The little bug who once was lost in the Steemian Forest, confused and homeless found her own home. She made her house nice and simple she put a small decorations on her wall and some pictures of her adventures or some food that she made. This little bug was shy but energetic and enthusiastic to make friends. Some accepted her and some just ignored and continued to go on. But she always wore her smile and chose to be true to herself. The little bug joined different clubs to share the same interests and have her own circle of friends. They told her about their travel, adventure, about life, family etc.

One day she peeped on one of the Big Bears big houses. She read his story on his wall. She was touched by his story. The little bug hesitated to drop a little"followed" note but at the end she did.

The little bug was happy that the Big Bear accommodated her in his huge home and they chatted for a while. She was so happy knowing that some of the Big Bears in the Steemian Forest have a big heart and willing to give themselves to others. The little bug was jumping with joy. She went home and told this story to her best friend.

In the Steemian Forest they are different kind of houses, big, small, a store, a church, a museum,schools, disco, cinema, café, karaoke bar, bank, library, airports, restaurants and more. They have everything what they need. Each bug just needs to choose which trail they want to go and what kind of decorations they want to put in their houses.

The little bug was happy to see other friends growing fast and building their houses made of strong bricks. From time to time she would come and visit them for a chat and drink  coffee together.

One day the little bug woke up with some gifts left at the door. She couldn't believe where, how and who gave it to her. The little bug was so happy, she was so grateful for those gifts.

The little bug's house was getting bigger. She was not used to it, still wondering what happened. But she was happy in a way that she could now stretch her legs in her tiny bed and that she could buy a small pot of honey.

The little bug's house was not perfect, sometimes she would put her crafts upside down because she was a bit clumsy. She was just excited to share it with other friends who would come by. Through the guidance of some Big Bears, she improved and developed her crafts, learned from her mistakes and still learning...

One day while she was walking in the forest, she saw another little bug planting dangerous herbs in the forest. The little bug didn't know him. By looking on his wall it was not the type of a house that she wanted to enter. But the little bug decided to chat with him and they exchanged conversation.

He has been through a lot in his past, lost, confused and looking for a friend. The little bug gave him advice. She believed that he could do better and contribute something to the Steemian Forest.

The next day, the little bug visited him again. She was surprised that his tiny home was getting lighter and that he was sharing his experience how to help others. 

 The little bug was almost home, when she heard a very loud noise in the middle of the Steemian Forest. There were Big Bears having a big discussion. She was very emotional and sad at that moment. She didn't like much what was happening in the Steemian forest. The little bug dropped a note to the Big Bears and wished them peace. She could only hope that someday when the right time comes that these Big Bears would drink coffee together and they would take care and guide the little bugs in the Steemian Forest. She went home and shared this to her bestfriend. Her bestfriend said to her:

" You are wandering too much in the Steemian Forest"

He gave her a big hug and she felt better after that. The little bug went to bed to get some rest.The Steemian Forest wasn't perfect, there were a lot of Hyenas roaming around trying to eat the little bugs. The Big Bears protected the beautiful Steemian Forest for all the little animals to be a happy and peaceful place for everyone. The little bug stayed longer in the forest and met a lot of Steemian friends. Her family grew and she finally found her home....

 

I made this story 5-6 months ago when I just started here on Steemit. This story is very special for me, because this is how I started. This little bug was me. I was once lost in the Steemian Forest. Some Big Bears guided and showed me their world. Everybody has a chance and you all gave me a chance. I went back to my old posts and I messaged a couple of Steemians and thanked them back.

 Steemit is a learning school, lots of interesting stuff and different culture to discover. I heard music that was new to my ears, learned a name of a fish, flowers, learning aviation, or the stars and planets that I never heard before. 

 I'm still new on this platform and I'm still learning. I met a lot of amazing people from different continents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly grateful to be part of this community. I won't mention any names, because I don't want to miss any. You know who you are.
