The Bottomline to this long Explanation is I would just like to Receive back my 3.250 STEEM that I sent the second time for the same post that was already voted on by the first 3.250 STEEM
Thank You I know this is a little Long Winded but I love TIPU and I know this will get refunded 3.250 Steem back to me......
To withdraw, the memo must be just withdraw, not link to the post ;)
Also please remember that on STEEM you can not upvote something twice and double the vote.
