basically because not all bidbots allow voting on comments. @isotonic does not vote on comments as many others.
Anyway, I will refund those 0.3 sbd.

You are right. But the division was fine provided it would vote the skipped bidder. I am going to contact the skipped guy.

No, because it did vote at 100% combined, and 2 times my bid resulted in 4 times the vote I got.
If the case was as you wrote, this discrepancy would still have not happened.
