A one-month dolphin

For now, I've already posted three times today, so this will be my last post for today; then I'll be running around curating down to 80% of voting power.
I have kind of simplified my "strategy"; max of 4 100% posts for myself, then a mix and match of wights until my VP is at a recharge level of 80%.
Now, I have in the past, simply voted myself dry w/o paying attention, and I can see myself doing it again. It it happens, it happens.

I was going to donate some steem to my #whalepower community and then I decide to rent some steempower and up vote people from the community and people like you who write about the truth(without hate) and curate other people who do the same.
I do hate, though, and I do let that bleed through at times
I also show too much contempt for ideas I have already rejected after consideration, or due to personality.
These things make me less effective in promoting my idea of truth.
Curation is hard; do you have time to read everyone on Steemit? Do you have time to scan every headline? Do you support those writers that you enjoy? Do you sift through the new Steemers, or do you look for the undiscovered writers who have put time into Steemit w/o being appreciated? Do you you use guilds and trails and projects?
I don't think there are any right answers to those questions

I have done something similar recently, two weeks into leased SP. I like being able to upvote someone new and give them some support with a small monetary infusion. I also use it to downvote spam, scam and comment farmers and their bot armies. I guess I should upvote myself more, but haven't yet. I might renew after 4 weeks with a change in strategy. I haven't decided. Anyway, it is fun having a little dolphin influence and make someone's day a little brighter sometimes. That is worth it, because I really don't do steemit for the $$.
I'm kind of torn between getting my own message out, the return, and the fun of being a dolphin.
I had been one before, and cashed out a big chunk.
There is so much going on re: the platform tho, it's hard to decide on a strategy much less focus on it LOL
