What is Steepshot?
Steepshot is the app for sharing your moments of life (photo & video sharing app for Steemit blockchain).

Steepshot is in alpha and our team is actively working on making the application more functional and neat.
Features we’re mostly focused on at the moment:
- security improvement (transaction signing on the client side)
- minor updates and bugfixes requested by Steem Community

- filtering of the blockchain content (to show only photos)

We’ve added the ability to view the list of likes.
- You can also see the power of the likes of each user. This parameter means how much voting power was spent by the user, reacting to your photo.

I downloaded the app and It looks really streamline which I like and it's responsive for the most part but I don't see the option to up load my own videos. I see on this post that it can be done.
Video upload functionality is expected in one of the future releases. Thank you for the feedback.

I used quite often the app but when we will have the possibility to write a text apart of the tittle and tags? I am tired of getting this kind of comments even if I try to post photos with sugestive titles... but people are used to have some text I think ;)
Yes, enough feedback on this.
Initially, the problem is that in the blockchain there are two fields: a title and a description / comment. We had an idea to use the header field to place a short description. We have to admit that the idea did not work as it was planned, and we will soon return to the usual format.
This means that in one of the updates you should expect the functionality of adding description for the photo / video.
Thanks a lot for the explanation and update! :) Anyway I will make a post about how comun will be, in a no so distant future, to see in Steemit micro-post with just pictures or 140 characters. People need to get use to that ;)
Looking forward also to the split of the content and just see Steepshot content in the app :D

Okay.. So just to be clear, is this app a third party feature for Steemit like eSteem? Or is it a completely other platform on a block chain? Like a different version of Steemit?
It`s like eSteem. Log in with your Steemit username & posting key.
