GROUP'S CODEX

Our mission is to support, inform, connect and promote quality content creators on Steemit.

DAILY ACTIVITY

Steemrepair is a Discord group that supports quality content creators. We organize daily contests/giveaways, feature best posts and reward our members with the voting trail.
Members can showcase own work to the active Curie curator in order to win larger rewards.
Our full members leverage help, support, knowledge or our community and staff.
Our server is a secure environment protected from link bombing, phishing and spam.
Steemrepair offers early alerts, on-hand help, one-to-one instructions, tutorials, many new earning opportunities, information, starter help with registration and how-to for many useful apps and other discord servers.

ADMIN'S DAILY ACTIVITY

Admin's daily activities are clearly outlined and listed in tasks channel of our server and include mostly surveillance, members, trail, giveaways, bidbot and security.

RATER'S DAILY ACTIVITIES

Rater's daily activities include rating member's posts based on Qurator's quality requirements, and include mostly the quality control and writing suggestions.

CURATOR/SPONSOR'S DAILY ACTIVITIES

Active curator/sponsor's activities include quality assessment and improvements of the content, and include mostly the rewards and finances.

VOTING TRAIL UPVOTES

The voting process in +steemrepair is pretty easy.
A member pastes a link to the post in upvote-members channel, rater lands a mark and admin votes on it with a main curation account after additional check.
We advise our members to submit fresh posts, up to 3.5 days of age.
Members with low rates are offered practical help in upvote-feedback.

LINK POSTING LIMITATION

Link posting is set to 1 link/24 hours both for members and visitors to avoid link bombing.
We don't receive submissions from Zappl and dMania, due to high quality requirements of our group.

SERVER GAMEWARE

Beside our own fun pub-bots, who can server you a sammich but also give you a helpful short instructions, we also facilitate @banjo.
You can get fast trading market information, upvotes and even chat with a little robot.

DAILY FEATURED POSTS AND REWARDS

Featured posts are elected by +rater based on quality.
The daily digest will treat all submissions as fairly as possible.

RESPONSIBLE USAGE OF A VOTING TRAIL AND MEMBER'S RESOURCES

Our main group and trail account doesn't take actions without consent of our members and without their full compliance. If there is not enough time or members are unavailable or non responsive, steemrepair takes actions in their best interests.
Errors, either technical or human, are reported to the members immediately when found.
Any technical errors are reported to the programmer and human mistake fixed within given, possible or best-suggested options.

ADMIN EXCLUSION

In order to maintain maximum objectivity the +steemrepair's admin @aschatria is excluded from financial gain, author rewards, donations or any rewards or proceedings earned by or made to the @steemrepair account .

MONTHLY SALARY FOR ACTIVE STAFF

Active staff members receive all income created by @steemrepair equally and use it in the way they choose.
Salary is paid out each 1st in the month starting from 1st of May 2018.

GUEST POSTS

Full members of Steemrepair have the option to re-purpose or rewrite some of their tutorial ( how-tos, diy and similar) posts, publish them on Steemrepair and receive 100% beneficiary reward.

DIVERSIFYING OUR INTEREST

Stemrepair is not solely focused on Steemit and STEEM related projects, we have other focus sub-groups within our server. These groups include ( for now) EOS, Minds, STISH, Lit, Smoke Network and Whaleshares. All these are the startups which we cover and monitor.

NAVIGATION AND CONTENT OF OUR SERVER

The entrance point of our server contains

introduction channel with all necessary info about us,
navigation for better orientation in the server itself,
register for full membership application and
rules.

VOTING STATISTIC

The whole statistic of a group is publicly available for the members in +tasks channel and in the data sheet prepared for them.

BOOTHS

Our server has numerous booths where individuals can hold their own services: monas contests, get curied, crypto advice, blockbuster, lottery and bidbot are all the separated services within one server.

BIDBOT

The admin offers a mini- upvote from two accounts to the interested parties. The accounts will deliver 0.05 sbd upvote when above 90% on quality posts that are less than 3.5 days old. All rules explained in the channel.

STEEMCENTERWIKI

During the May the Steemrepair will organize a group of translators/writers to participate in steemcenterwiki.

IMPORTANT: Contest are suspended until our sponsor returns from her holidays. We organised giveaways instead.

STEEMREPAIR CREATIVE GIVEAWAYS

Giveaways are a perfect thing to gain more for the content you already have at your hands. As long it is not expired.
An each day of a week we will organize a giveaway in one of these categories: poetry, fiction, life ( blogs, how to, diy, hobby and similar), inspiration and art, science
Rules are simple and explained in an each post.

STEEMREPAIR GIVEAWAYS WHERE EVERYBODY WINS

To make it even more easier we have two additional participation-based Giveaway in Thursday and Friday.
Once again, rules are explained in the giveaway itself, and not complicated to follow.
