its a racket and a scam if that is the way it works. you basically just said that whales hve the right to kill pay outs so they can get the pay outs cause no one can steal them with a flag as they dont have enough power to effect it.

still doesn't change the ceorship or the fact that you don't have the right to tell others what they can and cant vote on, your cancling out votes is doing just that.
