To Demonstrate our commitment and passion to creating jobs we have compiled a list of Gigs, ready and open for Steemians to fill.Musicians for a Live Stream Concert/ ( January ) Pay: 60 - 150 STEEM.
Artist/Animator for Steemit Music Video/ ( TBA ) Pay: 20 - 100 STEEM.
Music Producer/ Pay: 45 - 100 STEEM.
Content Hunters /Pay: 10 - 40 STEEM.
Animators for Original Shorts /Pay: 20 - 100 STEEM.
Authors/Poets /Pay: 5 - 75 STEEM
As stated before, The S.C.J.P will not take any % of money made, so we will be relying on Donations/Sponsors and or Funds we have accumulated thus far from post and from future Post. If you enjoy what we are doing or attempting to do feel free to donate and or Sponsor. So far we are starting off with 395.624 STEEM and intend to use it wisely. We have ran the numbers and this is enough to get the Program Initiated given t he current jobs Market situation. We predict that start up may be slow and pick up within the next 2 weeks. Given this grace period the said amount above should be just enough to sustain the program til it grows its own legs. All transactions and transfer will be public and transparent, contracts of agreement will always be posted so that we can minimize any disputes that may arise. Always remember that you do not know WHAT talent someone may need, it could be your special talent! So even if you don't think you have value..Hold your horses because you just might be the one!

This Project was thought up and created by @sirlunchthehost in order to help out Steemians in need of $$ and not being able to attain it through direct posting or asking. We all know that every little bit helps, but the idea here to try and give Steemians consistent work. So even if they are in a bad situation they know an Income is coming after they're agreed days work is done. Even if its $5.00, that could feed someone,keep others warm and be that last little push needed for comfort.
This is just one of many projects that you will see me put out. I've worked on each Project Details for about a month before releasing so I could iron out most of the kinks.Check my Profile for my previous works and etc.
Side Notes: Its cold this time of year and I just want to encourage any Steemian who may need help to sign up!!! Earning extra STEEM is never a bad thing!

A very interesting concept. I think your biggest hurdle will be getting Steemians to know this exists. Perhaps a separate Steemian job board site with a link in your header would be helpful.
Perhaps adding a jobs board to the App Center?

This is a good idea, but may I suggest that this become a weekly post?
Steemit's constant rate of new content will make a single forum point hard to reach for many visitors/job seekers/employers.
You could link to the prior week's version to maintain continuity.

I would agree, but i know a lot of Steemians who need $$$. And as far as I know we don't have a system that employ's across the board.

You almost got me there, but..
Job in this case = Steemians who are willing to share a skill set they have & already currently use at their leisure.
Work in this case = Steemians willing to cooperate with other Steemians to complete a said goal. Steem $$ being a easy medium to compensate for time. As one could have always been crafting their own stuff.
So overall the Point of this job program is to Set Steemians up with other Steemians who enjoy creating content & or Sharing. Thus seeing payment as a mutual understanding, because of the time put in. BY all means if anyone does not enjoy what they are contributing to Steemit then this program is not for them. Because it is not a "traditional" job system. Its more of a Open Job Market. Jobs and Work are all by choice not force of the current social or economic sitiuation at hand.
