Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 5/11/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 5/11/2021.

Into November and with it all the cold, today was better with the sun out for most of the time but it got chilly by the afternoon. Even before heading towards the busy period it was apparent that by then my shifts were no longer to be structured, as this ended it was also the end of something much more. Towards the end of August my boss phoned me announcing that the company I work for will be closing it's doors. This was indeed a fright to hear 😱 but my boss did say that they were going to try and find at least some of us work else-where within the company. With a few meetings it was agreed that I would be staying until the ship sinks and so also confirming that those staying will be there until the last days of November. Since learning of this in August it's been something hanging over me until just recently when my boss called me to he's office and I was told they had a position for me. I was shocked because there was no warning about this meeting. I was hoping to get the position I wanted which was closest to me as the other options may have been too far for me to travel. I got the area I want but what shocked me even more was that I didn't need to apply for the position, nor would I need to compete with any other colleagues via interviews like they said we would. My boss claims all this is because he put in a good word for me and that he as the power to do such things. But I don't believe him, as the truth is it would actually cost them more money having to let me go then finding me a new spot, plus the years I have been there would normally be very attractive to other employers within the business, and so I'm sure it was my credentials that done most of the talking. While it's still not the most ideal circumstances at least like this I know that I still have a job for the Christmas season and so taking some of the weight off my shoulders. I recently had a few days off and when I returned for my first day back into work it was definitely a memorable one in which I probably won't ever forget... We had to place the building under a lockdown, because of a row that initially started outside. The row started over a e-scooter, from what is understood a few guys were trying to rob a e-scooter from a young teen. Things turned very ugly and violent when a knife was pulled-out and the boy was stabbed. Not knowing what to do he somehow ran into our building to escape the thugs, he fell to the floor and was bleeding a lot. This is the part that I walked into as I was hearing a commotion. I saw the boy on the floor and I thought at first someone may have pushed him into our building as some kind of joke, but suddenly some other guys came in and stabbed the boy a few more times and fled. Some staff and security rushed over to help, police and the ambulance were called and we was told to all leave the building so that forensics can do their job. As you can imagine the rest of the day became a blur after that. It's so sad we live in such a society where many seem to think such things are worth a life and jail time. As for today I had the late shift and so it was chilly even inside. As I worked I learn from some of the other staff that they are not too keen of the superior from the other site neither. And there I was thinking it was just me, it's abit puzzling as to why she's putting such an effort here and upsetting people when she won't be here for long. As I worked I could continuously hear fireworks going off which is something we will now have to put up with most nights now until the year ends. When we finished someone was letting off a ton of fireworks it was almost like a little show for us. When I was last in that superior I mention from the other site decided she wanted to give everybody a work related crossword puzzle sheet, I was not amused nor were some of the other staff by this and glad she didn't ask me to partake in it. Got to love how one of the girls literally said it was a stupid crossword puzzle right infront of her, others demanded a prize for getting it done but there were a few of course who also got into it lol. Our boss continues taking time off work, I find this surprising because I'm sure he's only had been back for like two weeks, it's just not like him to have this much time away from work so close together. Still everybody is loving the fact he is not there. As for the Christmas gifts I could of possibly got I discount on I unfortunately couldn't find anything suitable and so will probably see if I get find some generic gifts instead, but yea I must remember as I don't want to leave it too late. As for the progress on fitness after losing the weight put by the lockdowns I still feel I continue to carry a little extra. And so have continued to try to shed it off with tracking my step count per-day and doing small daily workouts. I started all this back in mid April and continue to do so until my work schedule won't allow for it anymore which as been happening lately. Towards the end of July and August others also began noticing my weight loss, so it definitely does take it's time, there was also some slight muscle gain so I can't complain. I think I'm about %70 of the way to where I want to be with the weight loss. I did meet a good friend who said they could see a difference in weight loss but didn't think any muscle was gained infact they claim it was lost along with the fat. This doesn't seem right to me but I hope to prove them wrong at some point. Since I started going for the high intensity workout way it's been abit on and off, well mostly off and this is because of work...ok and the cold really isn't helping.. when I guess it should. It's been a while since I have done a workout and I'm trying to find a way to get them done. As for steps we started the week just underperforming and so having reached a total today of 82k steps, out of the 105k weekly target.

As for Tron it's definitely not been forgotten, infact I'm now a "Tron Minnow" and very much considering pursuing being a Tron Dolphin. This began when we started receiving Tron on Steem and I started by learning some of it's basics and then looked into "Tron Stacking". Right now I'm doing a few votes with my frozen Tron and like this I noticed that I had successfully earned a little Tron $0.73. Not bad but I do hope to reach gains of $0.80 soon and so will see if I can get hold of more Tron so I can upvote again and continue to increase my Tron earnings. It's apparent that Tron is widely used and so a great currency to have which is why I may even consider at one point using a little of my earned Steem to get a little more TRX.
