Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 2/9/2023.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 6 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 2/9/2023.

August 2023 banks are putting more limits on how much cash your allowed to withdraw per day and annually, their excuse as per usual is to "protect us". There are a few discussions going around with people fuming about the banks control on their money, perhaps it would be of interest if they converted their money to crypto with far less limits, Steem would also be a great place to start. As for Steem we previously had a big fall that took it down to $0.14 and with such a fall this helped us with collecting more Steem. This also had part in helping us reach for our main goal this year which was to finally reach Orca this means holding a total of 50k Steem Power. That was a 6 year project in the making that was finally reached on July 21th. Also if you want Steem to be a success or just looking to earn more you should vote mostly on those who do not power down. Powering down lowers the value of Steem, meaning it lowers the value of your investment and even the Steem that your earning from posting. My account is a example as one of the very few on here who is not powering down rewards. I also buy into Steem often, your votes encourage me to keep on buying even more which helps tackle the Steem price from being low. By voting on these posts we try to protect and raise the price of Steem, we also plan to use this to buy even more when the price goes up, we are also considering using this power to lend it to others for Steem to try and raise the price. We are experimenting a bit with this but still a long way from having the Steem needed to fully try and so your votes are a welcome on getting us there. During the bitcoin downwave from 60k it also sadly took down the value of SBD's, however SBD's have done a excellent job at holding around that important $3 mark for many months. My hope is that SBD's will once again secure this value for when Steem does eventually go back up again. As for Steemit the Team are having better results with smaller curation teams, around 4 or 5 people per team. This means there is less room for curator positions and so competition to apply as been tougher, however the rewards have been greater. Tron as been once again not appearing in our wallets it looks like a general issue but it's probably connected to the fact that TRX will once again be reduced going from the ratio of 1 Steem to 0.25 TRX or in other words meaning that will be 0.25 TRX for every 1 Steem Power earned. Not going to lie I feel this kind of sucks now I'm wondering if they will continue to lower it until it will be zero.

Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, this was because I did actually go to bed earlier than the usual late hour but soon after I started to feel really unwell. I got up for about half hour and seemed to be feeling better and so tried going back to sleep which I managed to do. I slept well last night falling asleep rather quickly, I'm just annoyed I felt so strangely unwell before hand. I didn't wake up before my alarm which was no surprise considering how late I went to sleep. I slept until the alarm and rested for longer than I wanted after it. As for the morning weather it was very dark and cloudy, not as bad when compared to yesterday and I don't think it will rain, also I'm prepared for it to be hot out. Once up I began by doing some chores, fed the cats, had a shower, and lastly I went on Steemit which seems to be almost back to normal now but still issues with the replies page. When my free time was up I went for a quick breakfast before changing and then heading out to work. On the way I was very much expecting it to still be warm again, I wasn't going to be tricked like I was yesterday and while it continued to not look pleasant it was still warm. Once I got to work I checked and hoped to see that I was doing the usual, I noticed it seemed everybody was extremely busy which I have not seen in a while now. It makes me wonder if it's a sign that the economy is getting better. Since I was mostly waiting on the extra work to be ready I instead done a bit more of the weekly task when I could be bothered. I'm not happy at all with the weekly task given to me but at least this was the last day that I can work on it. For the week they wanted me to clear out a whole area that I normally use to work. I used it because it was mostly empty and basically It makes no sense to me as they often complain we don't use all available space and when you do they slap you with this crap. I only done a bit of it and it's very likely not up to the standards that they would probably expect but honestly it was a pointless task. The extra work was more than what I would of liked and to be honest at one point even with more people working on it I felt like we probably wouldn't be able to get it completed it or at the very least just about get it finished. Well I was completely wrong, when we finished there was probably still about another 40 minutes still spare to go. We did work hard I admit but with myself feeing a little unwell and with the heat I didn't expect such a result. We recently had 2 people leave and the company hired two new recruits a guy and a girl, the girl had already given up which I don't blame her for doing lol. I was told at the time there will be another 2 starters joining us this week. I believe I saw one of them yesterday, there may of been another starter with him but as they passed by so quickly I'm not sure. Once it was time for me to leave it was of great relief as I wanted to get outside for some fresh air, unfortunately it was still mostly muggy out, not as pleasant as I expected. During my recent trip to organise some family matters I at least had all the documents needed but the situation is yet to be finalized. There was more document wise that I needed to collect at a later date which as now happened. However with what I have received now I can get another document which I would really like to have and so will need to start looking into the process of getting it. When hanging out with friends I learned that 2 couples who we knew had split up but surprisingly are keeping it all very low key on socials. One of them as also started a weight loss business which I have my doubts that it will really go anywhere as they are not very online business savvy at all. It's still something I will be looking into as some people have claimed what she's selling to people is literally muck. Also guys does anybody know of a good website these days where you can watch TV shows or movies for free??
