Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 11/11/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 11/11/2021.

November and with it all the cold, well actually the past few day's have been relatively pleasant and not so cold, hope this continues. It's now nice to know that at least for Christmas I will continue to have a job, this came about when towards the end of August my boss announced that the company I work for would be closing. This was a fright to hear but they said they were going to try and find us jobs else-where within the company. I was going to be be staying until the ship sinks on the last day of November but luckily just recently my boss called me to let me know they had a position for me. I was lucky to get the area I wanted plus there was no need to apply for the position or compete with any other colleagues. My boss claims this is he's doing because he put in a good word for me and as the power to do such things. I don't believe him one bit, truth is it would actually cost them more money having to let me go, plus the years I have been there is normally very attractive to other employers within the business. While the whole thing still isn't the most ideal of circumstances it's still better then nothing and so taking some weight off my shoulders. But something else always as to come up, like when I returned to work recently after having a few days off we had to place the building under a lockdown because of an incident. A few guys were trying to rob a e-scooter from a young teen outside, things turned very ugly and violent when a knife was pulled-out and the boy was stabbed. He somehow ran into our building to escape the thugs, fell to the floor bleeding, suddenly some other guys came in and stabbed the boy a few more times and fled. Staff and security rushed over to help, police and the ambulance were called and we got told to all leave the building so that forensics could do their job. The rest of the day became a blur after that as you can imagine, it was only recently that I told some of my closer friends as they had been away. As for today I was in work glad I wasn't doing the early so I could rest abit more in the morning. Still a little exhausted from the past days but actually it was more my voice box that was definitely hurting luckily yesterday I didn't have to use my voice as much and today I spoke softly as much as possible. It definitely as helped as I noticed improvements yesterday as my throat felt slightly better. I also hurt my back yesterday but the rest I took yesterday really helped while there was still alot to do today I minimized where possible and seems to have done the trick. Unfortunately there was alot more physical work to do and because of the recent long shifts I have now hurt my back which as not happened for a long time, hopefully with enough rest tonight all will be good. I learn from some of the other staff that they are not too keen on the superior from the other site neither. And there I was thinking it was just me who also found her to be slightly creepy lol. Our boss continues taking time off work, I find this surprising because I'm sure he's only been back for like two weeks, it's just not like him to have this much time away from work so close together. Still everybody is loving the fact he is not there haha. As for the Christmas gifts that I could of possibly got discount on I unfortunately couldn't find anything suitable and so will probably see if I can find some other generic gifts instead elsewhere, but yea I must remember as I don't want to leave it too late! As for the progress on fitness, after losing the weight put by the lockdowns I still feel I continue to carry a little extra. And so have continued to try to shed it off with tracking my step count per-day and doing small daily workouts. I started all this back in mid April and continue to do so until my work schedule won't allow for it anymore which as been happening lately. Towards the end of July and August others also began noticing my weight loss, so it definitely does take it's time, there was also some slight muscle gain so I can't complain. I think I'm about %70 of the way to where I want to be with the weight loss. I did meet a good friend who said they could see a difference in weight loss but didn't think any muscle was gained infact they claim it was lost along with the fat. This doesn't seem right to me but I hope to prove them wrong at some point. Since I started going for the high intensity workout way it's been abit on and off, well mostly off and this is because of work...ok and the cold isn't helping.. when I guess really it should. It's been a while since I have done a workout and I'm trying to find a way to get them done. As for steps we started the week great and so having reached a total today of 102k steps, out of the 105k weekly target.
