Who's Dan and what rate limits? .... em ... not that you're actually talking to me but hey ... it's a conversation in public ... so ... yeah let me be curious. :)
Daniel Larimer - steem dev. He designed the system to not have fees only rate limits. There is a 3 second vote limit and a 20 second comment limit.
ha! so you used up close to a minute of your life waiting to post reply after reply (provided I understand correctly) ... don't worry you won't miss it. Just don't make this a habit. Ok?
