Early Adapters Will Benefit More When The Masses Flock In

It's amazing how the steemit blockchain is evolving daily with new accounts being registered and more bloggers joining the blockchain. With more people comes responsibility to spread the vote so it can go round. This is to ensure everyone benefit something no matter how small. At least you get rewarded unlike other social media where you don't get anything for posting original and quality stuffs.
As usual, some low earners always visit trending on steemit or other tags to see how top earners are doing, this most times discourage then as you see a post getting autovote and at 30 minute, it's already trending. Success is personal and relative to your past not to how others are doing. To measure your success, it must be relative to you and not to others. Some of these top earners were once low earners, you can learn from their experience and story, then apply necessary adjustments to have a better steemit journey.
It's true that steemit is not about first come or how long you've been here, you can join today and make a record success while someone who has been here before you can be struggling to make an impart. How best you utilize your stay here, determines what you will get out of the blockchain. The earlier you adapt and take your focus off the cash out, the closer you are to succeed.
From my little survey on steemit, I have discovered that a majority of successful steemian are those who adapted to the blockchain in the past. The effect of such is seen in them having a good number of followers and also being on autovote. The future of steemit is very big and a newbie today is still part of the earliest steemians. SMT will be up soon, alongside community feature, then we will have the masses flocking in. The earlier you adapt the more you will get to benefit when the masses are here. Spend more time building now, as steemit is still in the building phase.
Rather than complain of low earnings, spend time to adapt to steemit blockchain.

Some wise words there. People are attracted to SteemIt with the promise they’ll be making money, so everyone comes here with high hopes. I see lots of people talking about leaving the platform because they’re not making any money. I can’t blame them, after all, that was the promise.
I have been one of the fortunate ones, because it didn’t take me very long to realize that SteemIt was not about the money, not by far.
The real power is in the community, which is amazingly strong. It’s the community that has made me gain wealth - not financially, but in knowledge, skills and personal growth.
I’m learning new things in all 3 fields every day, and I couldn’t be more thankful for it.
