Translation of my recipe for my beloved group:

cooking a dish in 20 minutes / sautéed zucchini.
It's super simple friends the ingredients:

Spices: Thyme, Ginger, Cumin, English Sauce and Salt.
Preparation:
peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and chop it in julienne
reheat in a pan with oil, sofrito, and add the zucchini.

  1. Add the spices, put a little water if you think it is very dry, cover and leave to cook for fifteen to 20 minutes.
  2. Ready to serve, you can accompany it with rice, make a wrap, or eat with bread.

Not a complicated recipe to follow, @rvag5. I have a liking for ginger especially. It is a powerful, and healthy ingredient in any dish.
