Well, @logic , i am sorry i am not a Nobel prize winner, i am sorry i not some genius scientist, nor did i discovered a cure for cancer, i am sorry i am not some stellar writer with hundred of books published , nor am i the next Vincent van Gogh, i am sorry that i did not brought any value (in your opinion) for this platform, but guess what ??

I have seen your blog too, except from some complaining (a lot of it) and news i have read somewhere else already, i haven't seen any personal opinion about...anything.

Reputation and System Power should be earned not bought, that includes votes. Voting should only increase SD but not Steem Power. Reputation and Steem Power should be earned from active contribution to community (and humanity) not by buying or having it funded by whales.

Now let me tell you something else, some more "utter bullshit" as you call it...this platform was built for everyone, and when i say everyone , i mean EVERYONE, for those geniuses and those artists that we all love and for those like me and you and so many others, that we simply enjoy writing and posting and whatnot, and simply enjoy this platform as it is and want it to see it grow.
So excuse me if i will never write about machine learning, nor am i gonna write about rocket science, nor am i gonna talk about Robots and AI simply because i don't know anything about it (doesn't mean i can't learn about it)
But i will write about whatever else i want, i will put my thoughts in a post, whatever those might be, and i will put some pictures simply because i want to...because you know what ? THIS IS MY BLOG , made for me...and as much as you are entitled to an opinion about what i write, you are also entitled to not even open my blog...there is a MUTE button, so if you think i don't bring any value for this platform, please click on it.

Nice Bum where yah from? lol totally kidding however, now thats girl power lol. The distribution is fucked right now but thats because its literally less then a month old, people need to relax a little, take a step back, look at some actual numbers, and come to the realization that the wealth is actually slowly becoming more evenly distributed as time goes on. Things will get better for the minnows if they keep participating.
Of course it's a little messed up...but the more people will adopt this platform the more it will be a balance between everything.

I think @logic is singling out the wrong person here. I can sympathise with his frustrations but I think it is a bit unfair to single out @royaltiffany - don't understand the 1% thing at all in this case either.
Whales can't see everything or help out everyone. As I have discussed before a means to temporarily delegate voting power might help in this regard.
Also I don't think it is fair to complain about someone receiving money for their posts - this is very much a subjective matter - unless they are stealing other people's material it is completely fair.
Singling people out is just not nice - if you think someone else's work is bullshit then that is you opinion but I don't think it is polite to tell them that. Just move on and ignore it.
I agree this platform is still a baby. If people build a following by posting useful work then when Steeemit explodes like a Facebook or a Youtube those tiny minnow votes will start to add up and be much more important than the whales. These are teething troubles for a site which is still in beta. There will be plenty of space for all views and opinions reflecting the vast diversity that is human preference when it starts to mature.
Anyway @royaltiffany don't take it personally.

I am not singling out anybody. I have not written any post about her in my blog (liek she has done about me for example). anyway I don't care if she blogs about me or not. They are allowed to do that.
She has, basically replied to my comment on someone else's post. So I replied to her.

Don't let them get you down @royaltiffany. Steemit likes your posts and we reward you for them, you don't have to justify it to everyone who questions it.

I agree with you. This is social media and you have the right to write about anything and let the public decide. I remember your introduceyourself post. It wasn't a begging post. It was you and your history (and your scramble to provide verification photo lol). Anyone who is struggling to find success is going to attack those who have already found some. It's unfortunate and at the same time very human. 100% you write what you want to, good luck and good post!

No one is taking your right to write whatever your like in your blog.
Also, no one is taking your right to self-perpetuated, mindless self-slavery.
It, also does not mean that others have no right to criticize your actions.
We all have to take consequences of our actions.
Your reply has a lot of logical fallacies. No one is asking you to be rocket scientist, activist or famous artist etc.
I am not a talented person myself. Neither am I a scientist or innovator etc.
You don't have to be any of these to be able to share valuable information.
There are many interesting and valuable topics related to improvement of our society, culture or natural environment etc.
I am certain that you have encountered any of these within your life, which are worth sharing. Even if someone else already shared it, it is still good thing to re-share it. The more we share such knowledge with others, the better. Activism is not just about having talents you can express, it is also about sharing what is important.
The question is if you want to contribute something or, you just prefer to revolve your life about bullshit (and yes I love the word "bullshit" :P ).
And regarding your self objectifying selfies of your buttocks, I find it very disappointing to every person fighting for women's rights in our society. For all people trying to stop objectification of women. The worst kind of objectification is when someone perpetuates it by performing it on themselves by mindlessly following unsustainable social behavior within culture.
Like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe wisely said once:
"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."
And what I am talking about has nothing to do with personal right to nudity. I think that nudity it is basic human. Everyone should be allowed to walk around naked if they choose.
What is important is the reason why people walk naked, not an act itself.
People should not be rewarded for something, they have been lucky to be born with such as body or face features, race, nationality, gender etc.
People should be rewarded for their positive social achievements
Rewarding people for such thing is an utter disgrace to all humanity.
