WHY STEEM COULD BECOME THE NEW WORLD CURRENCY
Any one who has kept up with the news lately knows that we are headed towards a global financial crisis. Many proponents urge that Bitcoin will become the new world currency. To some extent I do agree that it very well could become the global currency but I also feel that Steem could just as well claim this title.
Bitcoin is without a doubt the largest and most established cryptocurrency. There are several others that have been around for a while that established themselves in the markets as well. As with these, Steem will undoubtedly establish it self in the market place as well. One huge key difference between other cryptocurrencies and Steem is that just about ANYONE can earn some Steem while most other cryptocurrencies have to be mined. This one factor makes a huge difference as far as to the allocation of cryptocurrency. Since anyone can earn Steem the will be a much more broad distribution which means that Steem could very well realize the largest and strongest foundation.
With the largest foundation Steem could very easily outperform all other cryptocurrencies. It will definitely take time and the Steem market will surely see several ups and downs before it stabalizes, but with the largest and strongest foundation I think it has just as well a chance, if not more of a chance, at becoming the "new world currency" So to all my fellow Steemians - if you think "long term" when it comes to Steem we will be well on our way to success!

Cryptocurrencies swing widely in price points. However having a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin stable and linked to the US$.
Having STEEM linked to a reality thing like a social media platform will give it stability, remember most of these internet monies simply exist as computer language and swing on price based solely on trends and rumors.
Having a solid stable internet money will make Steem very desirable to lots of different types of traders . . .

Yes I agree, especially if long-term. Its just disappointing to be voted by 76 people yet this number isnt even enough to earn even a penny.
