Error while posting a blog: Can anyone help?
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday, I was trying to post a blog and encountered an error "!check_max_block_age(_max_block_age)" and I was not able to submit my post.
Error
After struggling for few minutes, I talked to @funnyman and he suggested me to clear everything in the current post and submit this in new story. After that I was able to post my blog. But, still I faced the same error while replying to the comments on my blog.
So, can anyone please help us our steemit community with:
- Has anyone else faced this error. Please share thoughts
- The reason for this error so that we don't do those things which produces this error.
- What is the efficient way to resolve this error if it comes.
- And any other issue someone has encountered.
I think this information will help other community members to work efficiently and will enable everyone to fix these if these comes through.
I got the same first I copy in html my post then use the Clear button after that refresh the page and submit a new story. Paste in html your story backup and post ;)

I also performed a similar activity. But, I think if get the cause of this error, it will help us to not get into this error again :D
yes but error messages are not very explicit
yup! might be some tag issue like we get some error with h3 and ins together. A prompt comes to remove ins tags. something like that.

I have tried your suggestion and I am still having the same problem. I am stuck in the preview mode and cannot publish my post in that mode and I cannot get STEEMIMG to upload my photos to get the HTML code, so I can do my article in editor mode.
Any other suggestions would help greatly as I have been trying to get my article out for the best part of the day.
I had it happen to me this morning.
I had to restart my computer to make it go away.
you could just copy it , clear all the content of new story and could paste this html in new story. It worked for me and for @pickoum
This happened to me today in the last hour. I had copied all the content from my WordPress blog that I own. Shut down the tab, opened it back up again in another browser and started the same post fresh again. Still is not letting me post the story and I had the same issue also -- with the tags. IDK what is going on.

Thanks for posting this. I had the same issue. I found that after a few times of trying and looking at my code I had a few extra gaps - so when I cleaned things up it posted.
