One feature that Steemit desperately needs in my opinion is a Reputation Tab, just like shown in the picture. What good is the reputation number if it doesn't affect your post ranking in some ways.

This way we could reward very reputable people is by prioritizing their content, after all their reputation shows that their content is generally liked, especially helping out minnows. A minnow might not be rich, and might not have a lot of SP, but if he has high reputation, he would be prioritized over somebody who doesn't.

It is also a good way to keep trolls, spammers and plagiarizers contained, improving the content quality in that tab (if some people would like to read only from reputable people). Not to mention improving trust between users, and knowing who's information to trust.

It would look like this:

It is just a new tab there, where the post would be prioritized by reputation as:

• All posts in a 24 hour or 30 day period would be sorted in descending order based on the number of reputation the author has.
• If multiple users have the same reputation then as a secondary sort, they would be sorted in descending order by the amount of Steem Dollar the author holds.

Why Steem Dollar and not Steem Power?

Because it would incentivize people to hold SBD, and it would show, who is the most loyal to the platform. It is a form of trust, on one hand you have the reputation system sorting you, and on the other hand you have the amount of SBD your hold sorting you.

This way less people would cashout their SBD, the SBD would be more more valuable and stable, and people would be more committed to Steemit!
