RE: Back After The Hack: Over $2796.01 In The Bank in 48 Hours On Steemit (And HOW I DID IT By Understanding & Creating VALUE)...

in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

Thanks for flagging me x

Nice try, but wrong.

  1. The colluding comes from the #postpromotion tags in Slack.
  2. Slack isn't open so newcomers have an unfair advantage.
  3. There are people who produce far better content than you, and I think it's arrogant and disrespectful to suggest they earn less because they aren't as good as you.
  4. That post you showed me was from 1 month ago, which shows an example of early investor advantage, not talent.
  5. Criticizing your rubbish tips, which won't help users not on bot lists (which guarantee votes)make money isn't negative, it's the truth and it helps users not to waste time, nor to get swindled.

See, at the end I was right, maybe you just want to believe your superior and deserve $1,000 for a completely inaccurate guide.

Sort:
  1. He never said that you were wrong.

2.You contradict yourself when you challenged @mammasitta to present a logical argument. Your response there sir, is fueled by emotions. Anger, in particular. Are you aware that you are mirroring the same perceived arrogance?

Anger perhaps, but still logical. If not point to the fallacy.

Man you don't really seem that positive lately :P

I'm very aware that you have great points to discuss. I'm new to steemit, and still learning how this platform works. You gained my respect on making it a discussion. Even when you made it sound like he was hidding the information. He could respond in a defensive manner, but there was nothing to defend. He was being transparent the whole time.

You lost my respect sir, when you took it personally. I'm not here to have a battle of who's the smartest. You clearly are a smart person. But I'm calling out a character flaw when I see one.

I flagged because you received nearly $100 in votes for angrily presenting a biased, misinformed view that does not help create clarity for the community. I do not take your sarcasm personally - it's clear you have alot of anger and resentment that is being projected outwards.

  1. the postpromotion tag does not guarantee anyone upvotes. using it does not automatically add anyone to a bot list.

  2. the entire site is closed to newcomers at this point. YOU have an unfair advantage by being an early adopter on this site, while others are currently denied access. there is no unfair advantage for anyone in the Slack chat - it is fair that everyone here had the opportunity to join the Slack team; not everyone took it. And the only advantage that MIGHT be had by being in the Slack chat comes as a direct result from having invested time & energy building relationships and cultivating an understanding of how this all works. the door was open for anyone to walk in, show up, join in the discussions, and give value. not all did. those who did not cannot complain about "unfairness," because they didn't never stepped up to engage and contribute. nonetheless, if you still have an account on the site, you may be fairly consider yourself to have an "unfair advantage" other those who must wait for an invite - and you might be wise to seize the opportunity, learn the rules of the game, develop your skill, create massive value, so as to position yourself well and maximize that advantage. though if you're not even going to step up and take advantage of the opportunity you're sitting on right now, it's kinda hypocritical to be complaining about how anyone else has an unfair advantage.

  3. "better" in what sense? Everybody's standards of value are different, and every user has a right to choose who they vote for - who their investment in the platform supports. There is EXCELLENT content on here which earns WAY more than mine does. That's obvious. I'm not suggesting ANYONE earn less - the system is structured that how much anyone here earns is directly determined by the voters's valuation. such valuation - tying back into the core of my article and the referenced post, consists of 5 elements - EVERY post either has those elements, or doesn't, in various degrees & combinations. there is no "better" or "worse..."

some posts are rich in informational value. others in entertainment value. others in inspirational value. others in the delivery/presentation value. some in originality. some voters might prefer and throw down on informational news about cryptocurrencies. some might value and vote on entertainment. there is no "better/worse" except in your own judgement. I never suggested anyone earn less in comparison with myself. My content should be fairly rewarded for the value others receive from it - just as every other person's content should be fairly rewarded for the value the community receives from it.

  1. the timeline of when an investor in the platform makes a public statement about his intent as to how he'd like to invest is irrelevant. the topic of talent is irrelevant. and OF COURSE, early investors are going to have an advantage. that is a given in ANY type of business, public or private. that is why investors are always on the lookout for ventures with prospect. that is why a multi-billion dollar venture capital industry.

  2. "rubbish" is your judgement. while you may label my tips "rubbish," others have expressed appreciation for them and found value in them. and my tips are for VALUE CREATION - any writer who takes these tips and implements them in their writing will improve their skills - as such, they may help anyone who is open to learning and implementing WISDOM and fundamental principles to integrate into their skill sets. whether they publish their writing on Steemit or not is irrelevant, a totally different matter of whether they've been helped or not.

I'm quite confident you have the ability to logically twist your way around any refutation thrown at you to prove to yourself you're right.

however, your being "right" and engaging in the way you have demonstrated in this thread will very likely come at the expense of reputation, friendships, and respect on this platform. your username is quite inconsistent with the attitude coming across, as there really hasn't been much positivity added to the community - just criticism, hostility, and a whole lot of complaints.

Lol. I transferred money to newbies, who were earning nothing, helped them not get frustrated with unequitable earnings, yet I've done nothing positive.
Somehow you're better than me because instead of directly helping others, you made money for yourself.
