We talked about this in the Chinese community this afternoon, the best idea is use Alipay Trust Verification, they have a credit score, many banks use it to issue credit cards, it's impossible to abuse.
QQ , SMS, WeChat have the risk to be abused.
There is a billion people in the internet in china, thank you for consider this.
