excellent initiative, as a new user myself, I have already been confused and bewildered by the amount of crap and spent oodles of time working out who is legit and who isnt.
Brilliant name and shame idea, hopefully if everyone resteemed a daily list and downvoted, it would have some serious impact cleaning up.

It's great to see more productive people making steemit a much better place. It's not a perfect platform. But it's definitely the best social media platform on the planet. There are many bad actors. But there are so many great people too.
