It feels like finally a breath of fresh air. After such a long time there is some spike in the price of Steem. This may be a temporary spike and the prices may go down again soon but this spike is just a small ray of hope that yes there is still potential in the value of Steem.

In the last couple of months we have seen price of Steem crashing down drastically in comparison to BTC. Steem lost it's value at a very rapid pace and along with it we saw many Steemians also fading out. It was not a good sign but then people who believed in it still kept their faith on and kept moving ahead irrespective of the prices dwindling. So this is the reward of that faith and an assurance that Steem is here to stay. With this little rally in the crypto market Steem has also shown an upward movement and this brings joy to many Steemians out here.

So what do you all think is the market turning or is this a temporary rally? I believe this is a temporary spike and prices will fall back again, but as far as there is some movement happening it is good, at least the market is reacting in some way. But I hope that in this little rally Steem gains some value in comparison to BTC and then sustains it. This will be good for the platform and also attract new people to join Steemit and attract investors. I am hopeful to see Steem rising on the charts and gaining some decent position back in the market.

It is very dull to see no moment in the market, for now there is some action happening and it will bring in again a lot of crypto analyst back in action, everyone making their own predictions based on their level of understanding. But I feel no one can predict prices in this space. The market can just turn around in any direction at any time.
For the dedicated Steemians this is a rewarding moment, so let's enjoy and celebrate this little spike and wait for the good days ahead when Steem will show it's real potential and will reward the deserving Steemians who have whole heartedly believed in Steem and kept working on it through whatever ways they could.
