one thing I am trying to understand if do you get 20% steem recover from 100% or is is from the level you got lets say you are at 50% steempower then 20% of that would be 10% or you recover back to 70%.
Nobody should be cutting back on curation. I'm writing up a post soon on finding the sweet spot to vote at 100% (voting power) as often as power. Preferrably people will continue to spread their votes as wide as they normally do when voting casually.
Ha ha! I've voted at 100% power for 10 months and now my VP is 1% - it's slowly recovering today back at 14% ... off to check this trip down memory lane post :)
It will take 5 days to recover. I agree optimal voting should be at 100%, but our voting scales can be decreased to spread the vote further around (assuming you have more than 500 SP and have the voting scale).
So I'm conducting a little experiment right now with my voting scale. I'll be posting about it later in the hopes other people will try it out and keep spreading their votes around.
