If you have come across this post and are hearing about the New and up can coming #SteemitFire Challenge for the first time here is:

• Part #1 How to set up a free account in FireFan as this challenges will be using this Sports App
• Part #2 How to grab as many free tokens – as me personally doesn't believe in spending on games so I'm all for the freebies and the more the merrier…

Get yourselves all set up and ready to join our Exclusive League.

How to join our Exclusive League

Once you have downloaded and got your account set up, got yourselves some free tokens, you will need to join the #SteemitFire League

As this League is set to private you will not be able to find it in the search.

We both need to be follow each other in order for me to be able to send you an invite through the app and for the following link to open up for you.

Steps to follow

• Search for @lobbylux in the sports app and follow
• Comment on the post your user name in the sports app case it is different from your username in Steemit (we need to know who is who)

That done and once I follow you back, you are able to enter the League…

Note that in the League Page there is a chat feature, I have noticed that there are no notifications showing when someone actually posts a comment in chat, so check it out every now and again, I have added a welcome message, so when you have a second please introduce yourself…

How to Join a Game

Once you have Joined the SteemitFire League there are three ways for you to Join a Game

1. The Game link that I post on the Game Day Post

Not Downloaded the App

Downloaded the app but NOT joined the league yet

Downloaded the app and have joined the league

2. Through the invitation link I send you in the app that you will see in the notification section

3. By entering the League and clicking on the selected Game

When you join a game you will see it on your Homepage, under UPCOMING GAMES, here you will see all the Games you join, and it briefly tells you

• The teams playing
• In which league you are playing the game
• Date and Time of the Live Game Starts
• Which channel is broadcasting the Live Game

Pre-Game Picks and Live Game Picks

 

Pre-Game Picks...

Once you have joined the Game, If the Pre-Game Picks are NOT available you will see the following…

I got this notification when I first downloaded the app about the Pre-Game Picks in MLB, being available only after the Official Lineups have been submitted, once you hit hide button, the message is not shown again, so in brief if there are no Pre-Game Picks ready you will have to check back in later..

On the other hand if the Pre-Game Picks are available simply hit the GO on the Green Bar.

Here is a quick example of the 10 Questions they ask taken from another Game I set up to share

Do not worry if you miss the Pre-Game Picks, you can still join the SteemitFire Challenge with the Live Game Picks, see below…

Live Game Picks...

Once the Game is Live, the Pre-Game Picks are not available anymore, makes sense right!

When live Picks are available you are notified by a pop up notification if you have the Push Notifications turned on…

To turn PUSH NOTIFICATIONS ON follow the screen shots below…

Checking your Name is on the Leader Board

As part of the SteemitFire Challenge your Name MUST be on the Leader Board for your name to be entered in the Wheel of Fortune, so please make sure you see it, as if you don't, then I will not see it either, and your name will not be added.

To check whether your name is on the leader, go to the game and hit LEADER on the menu bar, everyone that is in the game and has done either the Pre-Game Picks or Live Game Picks will be listed there.

Image below shows the screen shots when you join WITHOUT doing any picks, as you can see our name does not appear on the LEADER BOARD

Since I started preparing for this Challenge it looks like the developers have implemented updates as I was waiting for the Pre-Game Picks to come out for this particular Game, it's the first time I actually I got a notification that they were ready!

I did a mirroring video to show how by completing the Pre-Game Picks, my name was added to the Leader Board

Ok, think that is just about everything to get us set up for the Challenge, looking forward to seeing you in the Game!!
