Refreshing Page Increases Viewcount
I've noticed that each time you press F5 to refresh a steemit page, the view count increases by 1. Theoretically one could repeatedly refresh the page increase their view count substantially. Is there a more sophisticated way of counting number of page views (e.g. only counting once per user per period of time for instance?)
