Can someone please explain to me how Steemit will revolutionize the blogging and online content sharing scene with the pay to upvote model? Additionally, what will drive users to add more of their money into this cryto-currency once they have used up their free $10?

Finally, how does the cash out process work? Am I able to transfer the $ amount from Steem dollars to my bank?
