All you have to do is that you have to make extremely good comments on your fellow steemians posts,choose popular content and post in which you are interested in and you can share your ideas on it by that if you comment on a popular post you will get many people which will see your comment . Choose a mixture of whales, dolphins and minnows to posts comments on. Some of my best upvoted comments actually came from giving helpful advice to newbies  Whales noticed me being helpful and upvoted .if you find yourself getting a high reward on your content many people will follow your account then you can post when you have a high amount of followers . Commenting will get you followers.Another strategy I use is to never vote for myself. I vote for people that leave intelligent comments on my posts. this shows your account and many people usually look at their posts and follow you ,

  and i was doing research on steemit and trying to find how will i will get more followers to my steemit account and i have came up with some tips and i will share it with you guys aswell so i can help you and you can help me with more followers and upvotes 

• To build your followers, please take after the accompanying other steemains on steemit and also the best method to get more followers you have follow more steemians as much as you can because when you start to following more people they will know your existence and will try to follow you aswell .
•  It is a conventional idea, you should just to comment on post, share your contemplations about their post and leave an additional comment by saying "I have followed you on Steemit, please try to remain adequately kind to tail me too.
• Post quality substance to pull in steemians you also have to post your content if you are gonna use copy/paste then its just a waste steemit will remove your account by their bots
