At the end of the day,
when everyone has gone away.
Your train of thought will steam away
in search of what you have to say.

In front of the the computer
is where your body stays.
Where busy fingers tap away,
before your thoughts can get derailed.

Hours gone by and your screen may fry
painting your words that'll never lie.
You've missed dinner, been hungry for a while.
But the whale within is never gonna die.

If you haven't got a vote two
after a minute, don't feel blue.
Stay put buddy. You know it's true.
To keep on reading is what you can do.

Every post you read is your breath of life.
You need it as a writer, to go on with the fight.
Don't hinder yourself if you feel inspired.
No matter how late it is at night.

Don't run out of steam if you get no resteem.
Like little fishes, yes, they had also been.
It's like swimming upstream when the tide was coming in.
But they have found the ocean to unleash the whale within.
