Plagiarism/Spam/Copy paste (all wrong)
Today is the time to discuss some things that are not acceptable at all on the Steem platform. Plagiarism = is “the appropriation of another person's ideas, methods, procedures, technologies, results or texts, regardless of the way they were obtained , presenting them as their own creation. https://ro.wikipedia.org.
This practice is not tolerated within the Steemit, and I assume that’s true in any other platform. So if you are copy/pasting content from the web, stop using copied texts from Google,Twitter, Facebook, and other sites. Try to use your own words, even if they are not so brilliant. Originality will attract your own followers in your fields of interest. If you violate this rule often enough, you will have problems with cheetah and steemcleaners. Conclusion: 100% original texts, with a handful of quotes in the post but not too many. If you use photos from Google, make sure to only use pictures that you have permission for, or pictures that are free to use. Always provide a source. Another quite common practice is SPAM, short messages without any link to the most common post, advertising something on a post that you do not belong to get some votes. Practice these suggestions and Steemit will be a place to find really useful things, and you will not risk exclusion from this wonderful platform. Această practică are 0 tolerantă in cadrul steemit si presupun ca in orice altă platformă .Deci incetați sa folosiți texte copiate de pe google ,canale media twitter,facebook si altel și incercați sa folosiți cuvintele si textele proprii ,chiar dacă nu sunt așa stralucite si cu siguranța ve-ti atrage followers proprii pe domeniile voastre de acțiune.În cazul în care încălcați des această regulă ve-ți avea probleme cu cheetah si steemcleaners și riscați chiar excluderea din Steemit.Concluzie:texte 100% originale ,merge câte un citat in post dar nu prea multe dacă precizați și sursa ,fără poze de pe google pentru că s-ar putea să aveți probleme chiar si cu creatorii lor pentru drepturile de autor,poze doar dacă folosiți "free for used" ,dar cu condiția să specificați sursa ,exclus și acest copy paste folosit cred că in 80% din postările steemit.O altă practică destul de des folosită este SPAMUL,mesaje scurte fără nici o legătură cu postul cel mai des întâlnită,publicitate la ceva pe un post care nu iți aparține doar poate obțineți ceva voturi.Evitați toate aceste practici iar STEEMIT va fi un loc în care vom găsi lucruri cu adevărat folositoare ,iar voi nu ve-ți risca excluderea din acest minunată platformă.If you think this post is useful or you know new users who appreciate this post, give it a resteem. a upvote would be more than appreciated. :) Sincerely, your friend and blogger, Ionut Ciobanu.https://steemfollower.com/?r=6849

Btw - when we are already discussing plagiarism, copyright infringement, and other ways of spam and possible abuse, Google Search by itself can't be the source (as it is for your first image), simply because Google Search is just a search tool through which you may find exact source (web page/site) where something (text or image) is actually located, but Google Search is not the source by itself.
And that other page would, in fact, be the actual source.
Still, it doesn't mean we are free to use it or maybe even less free to use it for commercial purposes (meaning, posting on Steemit).
For that, we have to check as first if that site copyright protects its content, no matter if textual or graphical (images, photos, illustrations).
That information would usually be displayed at the bottom of the page.
And we also have to take care that we, by accident, are not stealing the stolen, as some bloggers out there don't care about it or at least not until they are faced with several thousand dollars penalties as these guys had to pay just for re-editing somebody else's graphics/image.

Just trying to clarify some things as it might be quite confusing. It took me some time (when I was running my own blogs on my own domain) to figure out all those possible traps that might be expensive as well.
So, although Steemit is somewhat decentralized platform the company (corporation) that stays behind it (Steemit Inc.) have to obey all the outside and general Internet laws as they are all applicable.
