Stop Saying Your Gonna Do it Get Off Your Ass and Do it Now!
Whether it is Steemit or a Business Get Started Today Don't Listen to the Noise.
I have been lurking around Steemit over the last few days and have noticed a bunch of people complaining how they are not cashing in on Steemit.
WTF! Are you serious people? What have you done? You showed up on a platform less than two months ago and are complaining that you are not reaping a $Grand a week yet? This is why get rich quick schemes succeed because of people like this. You have not done jack shit!
Put in the work and then reap the benefits. Sure the Steemit platform is not perfect, that is why were are in Beta. For all I know this whole project may collapse, but take the chance to learn while you are here. I guarantee Steemit is not going to be the only social media network based on the blockchain.
It Could All Come Crashing Down.
If I can teach you one thing during your time on Steemit is that everything goes in cycles. We are in the complacency phase of Steemit at the moment. The greed is subsiding and the true content producers are rising. Have you noticed that the quality content is coming to the surface? I am seeing very few crap posts making profits. This will continue to happen.
I am Putting Out a Call for Everyone to Get to Work!
If you want to succeed on Steemit or any other entrepreneurial endeavor there is a learning curve. If you buckle down, learn, apply your knowledge and hone your skills you can also be a bad ass content producer. Those people who can figure this out will be the Hot Shots of the Steemit platform.
Do you really think that me making $5-$20 per post is worthwhile financially? I have written a post daily on Steemit for the last 6 weeks. I take the time out of my day because the Crypto community is my family. The relationships I build here are priceless. I already went through this process in the Precious Metals and Anarchist communities and have built a successful business around it.
I beg of you to step back and see the big picture. Those of you who can see it, might be the future leaders of this paradigm shift. Join me in changing the world. Leave the complaining to the people who perpetually fail at life.

You are so right on this. People always want such short term results. Success takes YEARS of hard work and persistent. Work has to be put in consistently over time.

I am not making money on Steemit; the reason is Social Media like any society has rules . . .
Personally I am NOT following those rules :
Social Media is about a message to create a response in someone else, if you think about Steemit ; Steemit was and IS the ULTIMATE in Social Media : )
Steemit got people to not only interact but to design bots to interact for them ; )
Now i doubt any other Social Media platform can say that ! ! !
If your not " selling " something like a goods or services type thing, then no matter what you always are . . .
Confused ? If your on Steemit your selling - PERIOD ; if it is not car tires or running shoes then it is something . . .
Amusement , sex , propaganda , entertainment , recreation or knowledge or opinion ; but your job is to pass on something to others via Social Media.
So start learning the rules, my Blog Posts gives some Steemit College level education basic hints and tips . . .
If you want to make money on Steemit then your in the wrong place, you need to make your opinions something others value so they reward you ! ! !

Bravo @hilarski! I LOVE this kind of locker room motivation. The problem with most people is that they leave what you say in that locker room and don't put it into practice on the field of life!
One of my favorite motivational quotes is a pill that MANY will refuse to swallow simply because their reasons for NOT doing something overshadow their desire to tear through the solid wall of pain that would have gotten them to the other side!
And that quote? "You can make PROGRESS, or you can make EXCUSES...but you can't do both." Progress, true progress, only comes through sacrifice, determination and a desire to be better than the person you were yesterday. And THAT, my friends, takes CONTINUOUS EFFORT! Peace to you and yours!!
Awesome, that was the point of the post. Complaining does not benefit anyone. Getting to work and providing value does.
