Bravo @hilarski! I LOVE this kind of locker room motivation. The problem with most people is that they leave what you say in that locker room and don't put it into practice on the field of life!

One of my favorite motivational quotes is a pill that MANY will refuse to swallow simply because their reasons for NOT doing something overshadow their desire to tear through the solid wall of pain that would have gotten them to the other side!

And that quote? "You can make PROGRESS, or you can make EXCUSES...but you can't do both." Progress, true progress, only comes through sacrifice, determination and a desire to be better than the person you were yesterday. And THAT, my friends, takes CONTINUOUS EFFORT! Peace to you and yours!!
