What are you worrying about?
You are worrying about you are just newbie, you are not able to get anything here, no one will pay attention on your posts, your posts is going to pay out without any reward even though you spent a lot of time to create it, aren’t you? Since you think anyway you are not gonna get noticed, then instead of contributing good content, you tend to be easy in writing and just post rubbish to get a few cents from random upvoters, don’t you?
Hmm. You are on the wrong way.
There are a lot of service systems in Steemit that “help users who spend their blood, sweat, tear on content creation to get noticed and rewarded for their efforts”. They are trying their best to find out and give deserving rewards for high quality content. I can list some exemples such as: @curie, @qurator, @steemstem,...
There are always someones supporting for your efforts!
If your post is good enough, dont worry they will find out you soon. They have a professional team of curators who always find good posts to submit then if your post is approved, they will vote for you with generous upvote deserving with your efforts. You can take a look in blog of @egotheist to see how he earns by delivering good content. He is still a newbie. He get rewards from those service systems thank to his such good content, his deep knowledge about philosophy and science. He commented in my post and made me curious who he is. After took a look in his blog, I decided to follow him and support him too. This kind of content creation need to be encouraged and supported.
If you are trying to contribute good content in this platform, you may want to take a look at terms and guidelines of @qurator, @curie, @steemstem,... then follow it to get noticed from those systems.
Somethings more I want to say
If you see someones earn money so easy with jus a few sentences in their posts. It may because they are dolphine or whale. They have done a hardest part that is put money into Steemit. So now they earn. Dont feel unfair about it and dont imitate them to do the same thing either. You cannot. You come here with nothing so you need to do something. There is nothing free. Everything comes at a price. Now you may still be able to earn a few cents with your rubbish. But in the long term, you will out.
Keep writing, it will pay off!

I think same as well. There are more and more curators every day, so we should focus on writing good content. But we also need to write about a niche topic, so we can get noticed easily. Thank you for information.
I tried to be curator of @curie. and I needed to find a good post to submit. But it was really hard. It took 2 hours to me find out the good one. but actually not that much good. just better than the rest a bit. I wondered that how careless people were writing. :(
In these days, it's so difficult to find good content. That's why I'm not writing for 2 days, I will be back with good quality post for just Vietnamese. I hope you see it too, I'm working for it for weeks.
Actually in my opinion Turkish community focused on DMania and DSound. I focused on DSound in these days as well, but I saw they power down, so better wait hahah. I think best way is writing good quality blog posts and finding followers with some interaction. People should stop spamming and read contents for real.
By the way, I didn't know that you tried to be curator for @curie how did it happen? I want all details heheh.
be back now. :))) about curator. it is simply like you send them 2 sbd for fee. they upvote you once per day for the rest of your steemian life. and while they upvote u. if they see you have good content. they will choose it for their Today's Article. sounds good, right?
I'm already in 3 upvote services including @qurator and now registration fee is 4 Steem. I think it's good for people who write often, so it's good for me too.
I'm finding that getting noticed is extremely difficult and is only going to get exponentially more difficult as time goes on and people continue to learn about Steemit and it's amazing platform. One of the greatest things you can do is stay active in the community and help out your fellow Steemians by commenting, voting, and resteeming their posts to get more exposure for the people creating high quality content.
Amazing job organizing the meetup in Vietnam. Getting more people in the community is key and showing them how you can make Steemit a better place is a great way to get them off the ground running.

thank you for your comment. ^^. I keep doing it. helping newbie, especially vietnamese newbie. But not in the way that giving them upvote automatically no matter what. we should be responsible about our content and our upvote too. reward must be given for someone deserving, right? :)
I really admired your last paragraph. Even when I write a post, I think the same thing. Maybe one article for which I invested 4 hours may not pay me well but if another article generate me easy money, I console myself thinking that this can be a payoff for both this article and my previous good works.
Everyone will need persistence and self motivation. Sow the seed today and reap the fruit later. But anyone will have to pass through the tough times while sowing the seed to taste a good fruit in future. Its a wonderful article by the way.
good to see a optimistic one like u. someones just see several posts which pay out $0 then decide to give up. they are too weak to survive in this platform and they will never be able to pay off. as you said about seed and fruit. everything needs a process. all we need to do is be patient and concentrate on our work.

Totally agree! I’m also afraid that some newbies seeing that whales earn a lot with few sentences start to do the same. But it’s not how it works
they should be aware about it. lol. there is double standard. whale is totally different with plankton like us
