I made it back to America!
Hey guys, I finally made it back to America about 3 weeks ago after 6 months deployed! Since being back, I've been enjoying things I took for granted daily: Good food, socializing with other people, simple drives on the South Sound, and most importantly alcohol! My time in the middle east was an unforgettable experience both good and bad but I came out of it with a much closer bond with my friends and greater appreciation for what I have. Most people who say America isn't a great country have not truly experienced what is outside our borders. there are many others who don't get to partake in the things we, as Americans, take for granted every day. After working 6 months straight, I finally have some long weekends to go out and enjoy the Pacific Northwest before the weather starts to get shitty.
Honestly, I forget that I have Steemit as a platform to vent my thoughts, which is why I haven't really been active on here. I will try my best to give updates on my life and how it is being back. and on a side not, my wallet could really use a good bull run!
